1:1 Coaching Sessions

All 1:1 sessions take place in-person, over the phone, or via video call.

THe Fast Fit PACKAGE

4 pre-paid one-on-one sessions to be completed within 2 months that include:

  • 1 75min intake session

This package focuses on achieving one defined goal or area of change. The Fast Fit is for clients who want a kickstart or need help with a specific goal that can be achieved within a shorter time period. 


The further fit PACKAGE

6 pre-paid one-on-one sessions to be completed within 3 months that include: 

  • 1 75min intake session

  • 5 45min sessions

  • The Well Fit booklet

This package focuses on achieving more than one defined goal or area of change with email support and access in between sessions. The Further Fit is for clients who are looking for greater behavior change and more accountability.

This package focuses on achieving multiple defined goals or areas of change with email support and access in between sessions. The Full Fit is for clients who want more of a complete behavior change that requires maximum accountability and guidance. Extra support could include custom travel tips, city guides, recipes, and workouts. 


45-MINUTE INDIVIDUAL SESSION

1 pre-paid one-on-one session with clients who have completed a package but want to continue the relationship less frequently or as needed.

wellness assessment and strategy

Wellness assessment and strategic planning help companies determine where they are and realistically what they can do.

  • Wellness Assessment - An audit and analysis of a company’s wellness status to determine what is and isn’t helping employees to make healthy choices at work. This assessment may include exploring the space, talking with employees, conducting an employee survey to understand specific needs, and any overall learnings about the company culture. These insights will be considered alongside landscape analysis both in and outside your given industry.

  • Wellness Strategy - A recommended plan based on learnings from the assessment that identifies the most effective, impactful tactics to prioritize wellness within your company and how best to rollout them out.

Company wellness program initiatives can be purchased separately or as part of an ongoing program. Coaching and workshops allow participation from employees who work remote or in a different office location.

Offerings are customized for each company and may include one or all of the following: 

  • Wellness Workshops -  1-2 hour workshops held in your office that include employee education on how to implement healthier habits to reach better health. These workshops are fun and informative “How To” forums on healthy living. They utilize interactive approaches to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. Example topics may include: How to Stay Healthy While Traveling; How to Shop Healthy, How to Cook Healthier. 

  • Small Group Coaching Sessions - 1-hour weekly sessions for a total of 6 weeks that help employees achieve personal wellness goals by creating individualized action plans coupled with the extra accountability that comes from a team dynamic. These groups of 6-8 employees give people a chance to work together on similar goals with the guidance, support, and structure of a health coach. Group sessions are purchased at a group rate package.

  • On-site Office Hours for 1:1 Coaching Sessions - 30-min to 1-hour appointments that employees individually book during an allotted pre-scheduled block of time. These sessions, like the small group coaching, are hosted at the company’s office in a meeting room that is conducive to one-on-one discussions. These sessions give employees who really want or need change a chance to work with a health coach in a more focused and personalized environment. 

  • Fitness Outings - 45-minute to 1-hour outings that focus on introducing employees to exercise classes in the area, walks or runs around the neighborhood, or any other physical activity-themed excursions in a less-intimidating way. These outings cover a diverse range of options, so employees can pick and choose what interests them.
